Westward 785, Is This Percocet?

My friend use to take Percocet's all of the time and claimed that she is not taking them anymore. The other day she was at my house and a white round pill fell out of her purse on one side it was white and on the other it says West-ward at the top and the number 785 on the bottom. She says it was a Tylenol but I wanted to make sure can ya'll help me out please!!!!!!

It's nothing like a percocet, just caffeine and "tylenol".
