West Ward 737 Imposter

Is it possible for an imposter to make a pill that looks just like generic fioricet with the imprint West Ward 737 in a round blue pill?

Yes, it's always possible for someone to create fakes, if they have the know-how and necessary equipment, but it isn't easy and not something that one could do at their kitchen tablet. They'd actually have to have access to a lab and pill pressing equipment.

OK - thanks. I guess my question is if I ordered from an online pharmacy and has the West-Ward 787 imprint, looks EXACTLY like what I get at my local pharma, is it possible that its still a fake (e.g. from a lab that produces fakes?) I dont know how these online pharmacies get their supplies.
