The best place that seems to have a consistent supply of RX pain meds in Pgh is Asti's in the Sourh Hills. They never seem to give me a problem and always have stock of everything. Bonus is the pharmacist (Dan) is very friendly and never gives me a hard time

You should probably check the place that Congo has mentioned.

Otherwise, it is probably just a matter of time, before most pharmacies have them in stock, again. Opana was recently reformulated, so there was a slight shortage, due to the delay in production.
