Wellbutrin And Brand Names

Do pay attention to the company brand names. I've been on Sandoz brand for years with no problem. In fact, I was doing pretty good. Then my pharmacy closed or retired. The new pharmacy sent me Mylan brand, a blue color with an M non it. They make me lethargic and doped. So generic companies ingredients are not all exactly the same.

I started taking the blue pill by mylan a week ago and do not like it. It makes me irritable, dizzy, anxious. I was taking the generic brand by Watson before that for 2 weeks and I felt great. Not waking up depressed or feeling down.

You are right, inactive ingredients are not always exactly the same in generics as well as other brand names.

It has come to my understanding that they can also have an affect on bioavailability, making the tablets as a whole, much more difficult for our bodies to digest and metabolize. Often times this can amount to not completely absorbing the "active" ingredient, which would explain why so many people aren't getting relief from this medication. Some drug companies are just putting in way to many fillers that cover it up and make people sick. However I believe with enough complaints from the community you can help persuade companies to make a recall on their ineffective meds.
