Wellbutrin Xl - 150mg Side Effects

I have been prescribed Wellbutrin XL 150mg/day for depression in addition to Lexapro (that I have been on for over 15 years 20mg).
I feel kind of out of it, and I don't like it. I have been taking this for 6 days. Had a horrible headache the fist couple of days, but that seems to be subsiding. I have a bad taste in my mouth, but am starving.
Will the "medicine head" like feeling go away soon? Or is this what I am supposed to be feeling?
My mood is a lot calmer, brighter, however I feel lazy, and hard to wake up in the morning.

Yes, that is fairly typical when you first start such a medication. Things usually improve after about 4 to 6 weeks, once your body gets used to the medication.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, insomnia, nervousness, headache and dry mouth.
