Wellbutrin Generic By Teva Vs Watson Vs Activis
UpdatedI was taking 150 ml of Bupropion SR by Teva for several years and it has stopped working for my depression. Has anyone been happy with the other generic forms of Wellbutrin? I am now trying one from Activis but just started it yesterday.

Your body will get used to the dosage of any medication that you take for a long period of time and it will eventually become less effective.
Thus, it's really doubtful that switching manufacturers will help. It's most likely that you need a slight higher dosage to get the same benefits as you did before from this medication.
Have you spoken to your doctor about it?

Please let me know how the Actavis generic is working for you. I have been taking the Watson generic for 2 years and liked it. Just noticed that my pharmacy changed to Actavis, and I am curious what your experience has been with it. Thanks!
I have been taking the generic Wellbutrin 300 mg XL from Teva. for many years. Two weeks ago my pharmacy switched to the equivalent from Actavis. Apparently that does not work for me, as I've been feeling my depression coming back since a few days after I started the Actavis one. It just occurred to me yesterday that it may be because I am taking the generic from a different manufacturer. I will speak to the pharmacist today.
I'm having the same problem, the oval white actavis Buproprin is not working. When I picked up my meds, I noticed they were different, but didn't think much about it. Then within 2 days I was feeling depressed. A friend gave me some of his to try and then within days I felt better. When I ran out, I went back to the actavis, and started feeling bad again.
I have been taking Actavis bupropion 150 mg twice a day for a few years and my experience has been great. There was a time I had to take Epic/Sandoz and they did not work. Manufacturers DO make them differently. I am now forced to take Watson as Actavis was aquired in 2012 by Watson and the yellow pills have since run out. I start taking them tomorrow. Wish me luck! I'll try and report back my findings.
Watson bought actavis in 2012.
WATSON........ONLY! I can tell as can 3 members of my family that SANDOZ is junk. Go for the Watson.
I have been able to get 300 mg bupropion xl generic made by Mylan from CeeVeeS. The Anchen generic was sometimes okay, but some refills ineffective.
Good luck

Re: Verwon (# 1)
the genetic absolutely made by different companies per round shape are crap. Read ingredients. I wonder how many people are dead or in the nut house because of this
