Weight Loss Soooo Slow...
UpdatedIt took me almost a month and a half to lose 10#''s. Now it seems like I do cereal for breakfast, salad for lunch and whatever we have for dinner. If we eat out I gain 2#'s overnight. Then have to start over again. Sometimes I forget to take them. I am getting discouraged. I am eating less than I used to but not losing much weight. Can't say I am not hungry. Please help me....

It would likely help to take some control of what you're eating for dinner and to stop eating out.
Do you also get plenty of exercise? That's vital for weight loss, you can't expect the medication to do all the work.
You should also try to find a way to remind yourself to take them. A phone app may help, if you have a smart phone.
