My weight was at 238lbs on Monday at my doctor's office. When I stoped by there Friday I had lost 8lbs in four day's. Is this about right on how it is to come off?

When I took this, in my first week I lost 8lbs. also. It slowly deminishes. In all I lost 28lbs. I started out 169.
