Weight Gain On Nuzac
UpdatedI am gaining weight (around my top waist)...very fast.... I am 60 and never had it.... Can it be the Nuzac? I am taking one every 2nd day for 2 years now...

This medication is listed as containing the active ingredient Fluoxetine and no, it's actually better known for being weight neutral or causing weight loss in some people that take it.
However, the weight gain could be a normal symptom of aging, especially if you're postmenopausal. Gaining in that area of the body is a normal side effect of hormonal changes in women.
