My body looks so slim n thin..... and other people have told me I'm too slim n thin..... so I want to become a bit fatter very soon without any side effects... plz help me and suggest a medicine name.

Can I be helped, I am under weight, weighing 52 kg by now but I used to weigh 78. I need to go back to my initial weight, I have been struggling but no result, I only need a non side effect drug which can yield result within short period like 6 months.
