Weight Gaining With Food Or Medicine

Hello Sir i am Tanvir . I am 20 years old.my height is 5 feet 7 inch . i m thin. i want to gain weight. if u suggest me to gain weight with food then please be specific. dont like say to eat vitmins, vegetable or etc . just tell the foods name and when to eat. it will help me more.. if u want to suggest me any medicine or proetin that i can get from any store then please suggest. i look very good but my shirts and pants dont fit :( . my GF wanna leave me for that so i can work hard. just be specific asir and tell me what to do :) Thanks in advance

Hi. I'm a 22 years old female, 5ft in height. im thin and I just hate how people always notices my body. i take vitamins but then it seems it does not have any effect to my body. sometimes its annoying too that some of my clothes does not fit with the body that I have. But what makes me more conscious about my physique is the attention i get from those body shamers. What I am supposed to do? Kindy recommend supplements than can do gain weight. Thanks
