Wegovy And Rapid Weight Loss

Hello all,
I am fairly healthy besides my weight. Usually consume about 1600 calories daily. Workout 3x a week or more. Started Wegovy two days ago...
Starting Weight: 200
Current Weight: 194
Has anyone else lost 6lbs in two days?!?! I haven't even defecated... I'm drinking the same amount of water...

I started with Ozempic for 1st month, 2nd month Wegovy. Since April I was at 213 lbs. and today I am 135.2 lbs. I have been losing very fast.
I had to start out on Wegovy .1mg and the first & second week I lost 7 pounds each week. The 3rd week I lost 2 pounds and now it's only like 1 pound for the 4th week. Is this normal or what foods should I be eating??
The first week on Wegovy I lost 4 lbs. The second week I didn't lose anything. My starting weight was 234 and I am now 230. Is this
unusual or is this how it works?
The amount of weight loss, especially when first starting Wegovy, can vary from person to person, however, most people do steady out, once their body gets used to the medication.
The side effects mentioned are noted by the FDA as being fairly common for this medication, and may also include diarrhea, and heartburn.

I've been on the .25 for 6 weeks and lost 15lbs. I don't eat after 7 and I stay away from Carbs, Sweets and Fried foods. If I avoid those foods I don't get nauseous or bloated. I also make sure to drinks lots of water along with electrolytes. I hike 5 days out of the week. I aim for 10,000 steps daily.

I think one pound a week loss is good. In a year that will be 52 pounds. In two years 104 pounds.
I was wondering if anyone is discovering that Wegovy is not what they thought it was for weight loss? I have been on this for going on 12 weeks. I just injected my last 1 mg syringe. I will titration up next week. I started at 164 and am only down to 154 - so 10 pounds in about 12 weeks. I am 5 feet tall. I am having all the gastric stuff, slight nausea, constipation. I just thought if I put in the work (walking at least 6,000 steps a day, eating well) I would have lost more weight by now?
