I found small powder pink pills, wedge shaped, 4-sided, not triangular, looks like someone cut the point off. Imprinted with 100 on one side, the other side is blank. Any ideas about this? Could it be homeopathic?

This is actually a 100mg Fluconazole tablet, it's an antifungal medication that's commonly used to treat yeast infections.
