Ways To Purge Your System From Oxy

I have always wondered the question if OXY really stays in your system for days and I have always thought there was a way of getting out of your system within hours of last dose. I have actually put this to the test and here is what I found out: I am a frequent user of opana/roxy and have had to take several drug test within 1 day of using. All I could do was use my common sense and hope for the best. Here is what works for me. My body is completely different from most people, I have had gastric bypass surgery, which for people that do t know, is a weight loss surgery were they cut my stomach away from small intestine, make a small pouch and bypass a section of intestine to reconnect it. I have lost 155 lbs but upon changing my physical appearance it also dramatically changed the way I absorb everything I put in my body. Everything I eat, drink, and take absorbs into my body very quickly so here is the test I did. I went to Walmart and bought the best drug test the offered which checked for OXY. I proceeded to sniff a 40mg Opana waited about an hour took a test ad showed positive so I went to work on getting it out. Everybody's body is different and it really depends on your over all health, weight, eating habits and fluid intake. The first thing I realized was to make sure I did not eat greasy or a high fatty foods because the grease and fat just sticks to your body. I made sure that if I did eat it was gonna be fruit high in vitamins such as orange for vitamin C. I started drinking nothing but water and lots of it. I made sure I got urine from a yellow to completely clear. I made sure I was peeing every 20 to 30 minutes. During this process I knew I had to exercise or find some way to sweat a lot. I had available to me a sauna which was perfect for this application. I went into the sauna with a sauna suit on, about 6 or 7 bottles of water and stayed for about 40 min. This is dangerous because of the amount of fluid you lose and the possibility of dehydration. I lost 8 pounds just from sitting in there for the amount of time I did. When I finished I continued to drink a lot of water also introducing Gatorade. I retested my self again 6 hours after I started the purge and showed up negative. This process was not fun, I was very weak from not eating properly and sweating like I did. No two people are the same and this is not gonna work for everyone and of course for me with my internal make up I respond to things so much faster. If you are really curious and to test yourself try what I did, buy a test and go through the process that you feel most comfortable and the one that make sense. Make sure that to not over think what you need to do to beat this. It is very easy to over complicate this matter. I hope this helps some people and answers some questions people had to purge yourself. One other thing I see we're people are always suggesting buying some detox kit when these kits aren't anything but juiced up vitamins and supplements which you can get a lot cheaper usually.
