Hi Alice,

I appreciate you sharing the contact info for Actavis, as I imagine that they are probably getting swamped with complaints from manufacturing inferior products such as Norco. Hopefully enough to trigger a change back to the old formula.

I also want to mention though, that the phone number for U.S. Customer Relations is different than the one you posted to their "Administrative Headquarters". The number listed on their webpage for Customer Relations is +1 (800) 272-5525. However there's no mention of what office hours they hold on any given day, so if you are able to get through, please also note the time of day that you called.
