Are Watson 503 still available at Pharmacies in the US?

No, they are no longer available here. All combination prescription products have been changed to contain no more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose and this one contained 650mgs with the 10mgs of Hydrocodone.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
