Watson 3203 Orange
UpdatedIs Watson discontinuing the 7.5-325 pill

WATSON 3203 is identified as Acetaminophen 325mg + Hydrocodone bitartrate 7.5mg.
From what I could gather, Watson's website still lists this medication on their product page. However the color is different than what you described. So I do believe they stopped making the orange one. Watson 3203 is now a white oblong/oval pill with the following National Drug Code (NDC): 00591-2605. The dosage does remain the same though.
Ref: actavis.com/en/Products
Watson 3203 Inactive Ingredients (white version):
-Cellulose, Microcrystalline
-Croscarmellose Sodium
-Magnesium Stearate
---------------------------------
-Croscarmellose Sodium
-Crospovidone
-Magnesium Stearate
-Cellulose, Microcrystalline
-Povidones
-Starch, Corn
-Stearic Acid
The National Drug Code (NDC) for the white tablet displays two different sets of inactive ingredients.
The National Drug Code (NDC) for the orange tablet is: 00591-3203, but this is no longer listed on the manufacturer's webpage.
Watson 3203 Inactive Ingredients (orange version):
-Croscarmellose Sodium
-Crospovidone
-Magnesium Stearate
-Cellulose, Microcrystalline
-Povidones
-Starch, Corn
-Stearic Acid
-Fd&c Yellow No. 6
-Aluminum Oxide

I hope this info helps to answer your question!
For some odd reason, my Watson 3203 pills are white this month instead of orang as well. And maybe it's just been a rough day but, they don't seem to work either. Still have pain!
Hydrocodones are evil pills withdraws are hell...take the pain take aleve or tylenol if its really bad only take them for a week or so 1 every 8or 10 hours ..then run from them you will thank me later ..hate them they will cause your bowels to slow down and you cant poop and hurts your organs bad ..but cancer or something bad is understandable but in alot of cases they are abused .. Dont take them unless u have too ...then stop soon .....god bless
