In my personal investigation, there appear to be no drug interaction studies between pharmaceutical preparations and most OTC herbal supplements; including Damiana.
That said, the general consensus is to talk with your prescribing doctor before adding any herbal supplements to your prescription regimen.
You could also try consulting a naturopathic physician who understands how certain plants function in our bodies (via their mechanism of action) relative to blood thinners such as Warfarin.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but it's best to be on the safe side, especially if you're going to be on Warfarin for any extended length of time.
