Warfarin / Altosec

I have been using Warfarin since Dec.'06, due to blood clot in arm,my stomach started giving problems, then I was put on Altosec. Strange thing is that I have been experiencing pain in my heel. I am trying to find the cause of the pain.When I get up in the morning I can hardly walk, due to the pain in my heels.Could this be a side effect of the drugs? Anyone out there with the same experience? I cannot take the warfarin without the Altosec, as I said because of the problem in the stomach. I had a gastroscopy which showed gastritis,therefor I was put on the Altosec. I am really worried about this, doctors just prescribe and do not worry about the side-effects. I sleep very badly, wake up several times during the night with no feeling in my hands, like needles and pins.

I have started altosec, i want to know it helps, and im scared it will react with warfarin, please help me the good diet because i vomit at night, and im scared of valve replacement

i am using waferen for 3 years after an andio plasty on my lower left leg. 3 months now i am having pain in my arms, legs, shoulder,neck, i am vomiting almost everyday and cannot keep food,water, black tea in. my doctor gave me Altosec 250mg says i am having stomach ulscer and may gold bladder problems. i cannot afford to go for a sonar. is this the side affect of waferen? i also cannot eat butter, margarine or any oily food nothing with a greasy taste or base.
