Want To Obtain Full Benefit Of My Medications - Please Help

I am on levothyroxine, linzess, omeprazole, ospemifene and (topiramate 2x daily). How am I supposed to space these medications apart so that I receive the full benefit from each one? I wake up for work at 3am and typically retire for the night at 9pm. Thank for your help.
