Want To Get My Period Back

My name is Blessing. I am almost 48yrs old. I have only one child. I desire to have another one at least a boy God willingly to make my husband happy. I have not been seeing my period and whenever it comes, it will be so scanty. I've been taking folic acid as directed by my doctor. I've also been told to undergo a hormone profile but I know that this would require that I see my menses in order to do that . Please what drug do I take to see this period in order to have my hormone profile done and secondly too what can enhance my fertility? Thanks.

I am 39yrs old,i just wedded on April 2018.l saw my monthly on April 10.for 4days instead of 5days it stopped .since then i have not see it again. My doctor gave me levofem drug to take , Now l have take it for 5th days my menstruation have not come back. PLS, what can i do? I want my period back. I want to get PREGNANT. Thanks.

I stopped having my periods 5 years ago, recently I was told to use contraceptives to have my periods back. Yes they came and disappeared again. Is what I had really periods?

yes Dr I visited my doctor for hormones test level and he said Avery things is normal and he prescribed progesterone cap for me but I can't get the period

please Dr I am breastfeeding I take pills for five times without any side effects but now I take the last one I didn't have my period and it is five months now and I'm not filling fine with serious lower abdominal pain and back pain. please Dr which drugs am I going to take. help me to get pregnant again

At your age, it is very unlikely that you will start experiencing regular periods, again, and become pregnant, according to the NIH. It is normal this late in life for things to wind down and for your days of fertility to end. Once this occurs, there really isn't anything you can do to change it.

I'm sorry, I wish I had better news for you, but I do not.

Have you visited a doctor to have your hormone levels checked?
