Want To Quit Blood Pressure Medicine Etizem And Natrilix Due Side Effects

I m using narilix sr 1 tab & 1/2 tab dilzem 60 daily morning after breakfast which causes weakness, I m 62 male. Also using centrum 50plus btwn dinner daily. Can quit above medicine???

How long have you been taking them?
