Wal-Finate D is actually an over the counter product, so Hydrocodone can be ruled out, because that is not available over the counter in the U.S. That is a prescription only medication, because it's a narcotic opiate.
This product contains Chlorpheniramine and Pseudoephedrine, it is used to treat cold and allergy symptoms.
Side effects may include nausea, dizziness and dry mouth.

And that means that it doesn't contain Acetaminophen, either.
