Hello,

Unfortunately I wasn't able to find a white pill that meets this description but the NIH does have a "yellow", which they sometimes used to describe an offwhite, pill that matches the rest of your description. The pill is a PureVit DualFe Plus pill. Below I have linked some information that I sourced from the NIH on this pill.
