What Side Effects Do You Have

MY PERSCRIPTION OF TRAMADOL SAYS THAT I SHOULD NOT DRIVE, OPERATE MACHINERY ETC. I DO NOT HAVE ANY SIDE EFFECTS OF DIZZYNESS OR ANY OTHER SIDE EFFECTS THAT INTERFERE WITH MY DAILY TASKS. ALL I NOTICE IS PAIN RELIEF. I HAVE BEEN TAKING 1 TO 2 EVERY 4 TO 6 HRS FOR PAIN SINCE 1994. TRAMADOL WITH ALIVE WORKS FOR ME. I HAVE GOOD DAYS WHEN I USE LESS. BAD DAYS THEN I USE 8 A DAY. DOES ANYONE HAVE THE DIZZY SIDE EFFECTS AFTER TAKING TRAMADOL FOR A PERIOD OF TIME. OR EVER HAD A DIZZY UNCONTROLLABLE EXPERIENCE. I AM ACCUSED OF DRUG ABUSE WHEN I COULD NOT PASS A SOBRIETY TEST. I'M 63. AFTER WEAVING IN TRAFFIC. THE REAL CAUSE IS I WAS READING A TEXT THAT WAS SENT/MY BAD CAUSED ME TO WEAVE. I HAVE ATRIEL FIBRILATION, BAD CIRCULATION IN MY LEGS , CRAMPING SEVERLY SOMETIMES, AND SWELLING. I AM NOT IN SHAPE LIKE A YOUNG MAN. I HAVE TROUBLE BALANCEING ON ONE LEG OR WALKING THE FOOT IN FRONT OF EACH OTHER. MY DOCTOR SUPPORTS ME. I NEED YOUR OPINIONS ASAP.

If you read deeper into that warning, such as what is in the medication monograph, you'll actually see the additional phrase "until you know how it affects you." Because everyone is different and not everyone experiences such side effects from a medication.

However, as to the reason you were pulled over and failed the sobriety test, there is a valid legal complaint from the police officers. Whether or not is was caused by other medical conditions, anything that may impair your ability to safely operate your vehicle is dangerous.

And yes, that can even apply to the bad circulation in your legs, because it could cause problems with your reflex reaction time, if you would need to hit your brakes suddenly.

So, you may think that having your doctor's support is going to help, but regardless of how you look at the situation, the officers are liable to look at as your being a danger on the road.
