What Pain Reliver Compaires To 50mg Dememoral?

I HAVE A SMALL WHITE PILL WITH 381 OVER b AND BLANK ON THE OTHER SIDE. I THINK THIS IS 50MG DEMORAL. HOW DOES THE PAIN RELIEF COMPARE TO SAY 10MG OXYCODNE?

According to Global Pharm conversions, as well as others, Oxycodone is much stronger than Demerol. It only takes 3.33mgs of Oxycodone to be equivalent to each 50mgs of Demerol.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
