i don't know what kind of problems coz when i visit a doctor they different findings that makes me confuse.Before it was my foot have problem that i cannot walk,sometimes it shift to my arms affecting my neck to turn around at the moment its a back pain again.i'm taking Diclofenac as painreliever I'm much aware it might create problem to my kidney.Please advice thank you.

Hello I am sreemon from India age 33, I have pain in the left side of the chest, some times left shoulder and front and back, some times down in the chest, if the pain comes to me I will be getting nummness on the left hand and it will be sweating in the hand, I have gastric problem, every morning I wake up and have some times vomiting sensation. this is happening for the last 6 months, When ever I get the pain in the left side chest or shoulder, My heart rate increases rapidly.
