I HAVE A COUSIN THAT HASN'T HAD HER PERIOD IN ALMOST 2 YEARS , WHAT CAN I TELL HER TO USE FOR HER TO GET IT AGAIN. SHE'S STARTED GETTING PAIN IN HER LOWER BACK AND CAN'T REALLY DO ANYTHING AROUND THE HOUSE ANYMORE. IS THERE ANYTHING THAT I TELL HER ?

Has she consulted a doctor?
It's really hard to know what the solution would be, without knowing her medical history and having tests done to be able to know what has caused the problem.
It could be due to hormones, stress, being underweight, doing lots of exercise and several other options.
How old is she?

as far as I know she's not doing exercize at all never has. she's about 16 or 17 or so she's still young, and they have gone to see the doctor but all they tell her it's all normal and I know better, and plus she lives in Mannitoba canada.they did give her birth control and as far as I know nothing has done it yet.I will ask her within a few months when they come here for a wedding of their son.
