my height is 5 foot 6 inch and i am increse my height. my age is 22 pls give me better advise. and good tonic for me.

I'm sorry, did you want to increase your height or weight?

Either way, there isn't a medication that will actually do either.

Your height is something that you really cannot change, regardless of what you try.

As to weight, you can try to increase that by eating a healthy diet and getting proper exercise. In addition, a lack of B vitamins can sometimes cause a loss of appetite, so they do help some people with increasing their appetite and gaining weight.
