Adco alzam wc785 blue pill ..how must i use it..is it a exteanded realese tablet ..or is it an orally disintegrating tablets .must i swolow it with water or let it desvolve on tongue ..

I'm sure your doctor told you how to take a Xanax, you did get them from a doctor I would hope. Most Xanax is IR, not ER and probably the bitterest pill made on the planet. Why would you suck on it?
