The pill in description is Dicyclomine HCl (10 mg).
NOTE: according to the drug database this is actually a large blue pill and not green.
Dicyclomine are used to treat intestinal hypermotility, the symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, muscle spasms and cramping in the gastrointestinal tract
