Vyvanse And Adderall Lab Urine Test (Top voted first)

Hi. I'm prescribed Vyvanse 50mg but I ran out and took some Adderall IR 30mgs to hold me off. Is this going to come up for something different then the regular amphetamines that I test positive for? And when the urine test gets sent to the lab will they be able to tell I'm taking Adderall instead of Vyvanse?

Did you pass you test? I'm in the same boat. Will a lab detect the difference in vyvanse and adderall? I'm prescribed vyvanse and took 30mg of adderall 3 times.

They can't Tel the difference. I did the same thing. Passed.

No honey Vyvance and adderall,will show up as amphatimenes,,I know because I was in a halfway house,prescribed Vyvance,and also took adderall,and they sent the urine to the lab every time,,You have no worries

I have a history of back problems (two blown disc & degenerative discs) as well as fibromyalgia, and ADD. I tried a new dr closer to me and I know the drill - drug test. I had to take random drug screens at my old dr all the time (over many years) because I am on a few diff potent meds. I call the dr office because the pharm said there was an issue with my prescriptions. So I call and the girl who answers the phone said that I abuse drugs because I tested positive for Adderal ( have Rx for) & Vyvanse - which I haven't taken in years when my dr tried me on it and it didn't work. She also said crazy stuff like it was positive for another Tramadol (which I have a Rx for) but she said it was another one not the kind I'm prescribed. I called Pharmacist and she said there are not more than one "kinds" of Tramadol- it's all generic Ultram. It's just nuts! So after her telling me all of this and I'm dumbfounded and keep saying I don't understand I don't abuse drugs and have only taken one of something else if my pain is so great my reg meds aren't working - which is not often. Then SHE HANGS UP ON ME! I call back and no answer. Pardon me but WTF? What should I do!?!?!

Did u pass cause I have a urine test tomorrow and I took a 30mg tablet of adderall at 6:00am this morning and yesterday at 5:30 am. Will it show up as the same? Please let me know.

Hello. Yesterday I was asked for a UA at my doctor's office which is not that big of a deal, but I remembered after the fact that on Saturday I took 40mg of Vyvanse and then Monday I took a double dose of Adderall right before the appointment. Question is: What will happen? It was a simple pee in a cup test, which I pee'd as much as I could, but I did not fill it up to the line specified, a little below it.

No adderall and vyvanse are basically the same thing... they will not be able to tell the difference... only reason I know is, I just got a call from the lab saying I failed my urine test... they then ask me if I had a prescription for adderall or vyvanse...

I took a drug test for cvs pharmacy. The drug test was conducted at labcorp. The collector told me to remove everything out of my pocket and I pat my pocket.

The collector told me I had 3 minutes to urine in the cup and am not allowed to flush the toilet and wash my hands until I handed my urine to the collector.

The labcorp did not want my prescription medication and was told that an MRO will contact me in 48 hours. The MRO contacted me and asked me to take a photo of the prescription bottle and send it to the phone I called.

I am hoping the best and pass the drug test.
