No, Vyvanse hasn't been known to cause false positives for anything else. Was the person in question taking any other medications, even over the counter products?

Possible. So will ephedrine or pueudoepedrine. Darvocet or Darvon, (propoxephene) now withdrawn will come up positive as it is related to methadone. NOTE: ALL VICODIN TYPE PRODUCTS WITH ACETAMINOPHEN RESCHEDULED TO CLASS II AS OF OCTOBER.

Yes happened to me. I am prescribed vyvanse 70mg, adderal 30 mg, methadone 50 mg daily, and xanax 1mg daily. Doctor tested using simple pee in the cup test and positive for meth. Had not taken any meth in years.
