Vitamins To Increase My Appetite And Weight

I need your sudgestion what vitamins i can take to gain my appetite and ro gain my weight im 3O years old my weight is only 41kg and my appetite is loss and i skip meal because of that problem..

Hello, Melanie! How are you? How tall are you? That also plays a role in how much you should weigh, according to the NIH.

As to the loss of appetite, I've experienced that myself and the best advice I can give you on that is to eat, anyway. You may not eat a large, full meal, but eat, anyway, even if it's just small portions. You know you should eat, so you have to make yourself do it.

And don't be afraid to have a few small meals throughout the day, you don't actually have to do 2 or 3 large meals to remain healthy.
