I believe it came out of my bottle of Nature's Bounty Quick Dissolve B-12 5000meg. I am age 67, female, have never used any chronic med, active and healthy. When stressed I suffer from body pains. I am AB positive blood group. I use supplements daily, vit B complex, folic acid, vit C, Calcium, magnesium and grapeseed extract. I seldom use alcohol and have never smoked. I have always been prone to heartburn especially when I eat anything containing flour. What is the safest way of dealing with muscle pain or sometimes leg pain or back pain? I enjoy physical work, gardening etc and sometimes over exert myself. I avoid pain killers and am looking for a tablet that does not have "bad" side effects. From what I can find, Neurorubine is just a B complex with C vitamin supplement, thus it hasn't been tested for adverse reactions as is done with actual prescriptions drugs. I found a round black pill no markings can you help me ## Hello Carol, All regulated medicine is required by the FDA to be identifiable by its physical appearance (imprint, shape, size, color etc.) With that in mind is unlikely that what you have is a medication, which would leave the options of vitamin/supplement or illegal substance. It is most likely a supplement or vitamin which makes identifying the pill very difficult due to the number of brands and types. You can take it down to a pharmacy and see if they will analyze the contents for you. You can also dispose of the pill at any of your local drug drop off points, commonly located at hospitals and pharmacies. I hope this information helps.
