what is the use of enat cream? does it help eliminate blackheads? ## Enat Cream contains Vitamin E, Vitamin A and Jojoba oil. And while the vitamins are essential to healthy skin and helping it retain moisture, no, it will not really do anything to eliminate blackheads, because there are no cleansers, exfollients or antibacterial agents in it that would do that. By mistake one of relations got vitamin E capsules(Tocoffer) ## Hi Ramesh, if u get something that has expired, u really shouldn't take it. ## The oil use in vitamin E capsules may go rancid and make you ill, once they are expired. My friend is taking desval er 250 mg is there any side effects ## I am taking Desval ER 250 one tablet daily in the morning . Besides I am taking one tab of Depranil Plus, one daily and also One tab of Admenta 5 daily. Very often in the night while sleeping I sit up on the bed and start talking, some times violently. Is it due to the medicines I take? Which one is the suspect? ## I have been suffering from DEPRESSION for the last 15 years. I am having a total joint replacement surgery on Monday 1/12th and ate a bunch of One A Day women's VitCraves Gummies containing Vitamin E to the extent of taking 735IUs and I am not supposed to take any Vitamin E prior to surgery. Hi, I am 29 years old and have a dry sensitive skin. To improve my skin texture I have been taking evion 400 mg capsule once a day everyday for the past four years.
