Based on my research, Gabapentin does not list any drug interactions with food or drinks other than alcohol. So there shouldn't be any problems taking it along with some multivitamins. Vitamins and minerals however are in just about every type of food/drink that is on the planet, other than junk food. So if there was an interaction of some kind everyone on this drug wouldn't be able to eat; which would be quite unfortunate Lol.
Regarding other treatment options, I've heard a lot of good things about "infrared light therapy" devices/treatments being used for this type of nerve pain. Perhaps that's something you may want to consider looking into if you're interested.
