Vitamin B6 - Pyridoxin - Liquid

What is the daily dosage of Vitamin B6 for a female adult? Please answer in mL so that I can fill the correct amount in the syringe.

How old are you? The RDA is based on age and gender, so I can provide better information knowing your age, or at least an approximate rage, such as 18 and under, 19 and older, or 51 and older.

Has your doctor instructed you to use this? Did they not provide you with a dosing?

Hi Verwon,

My age is over 19. In Canada B6 Liquid is sold in pharmacies "over the counter" - w/ out a prescription. It is used for weight management. I suffer from malabsorbtion but I am also on a diet. My doctor has given me a combination of B12 & B6 but I must go to the office 3 times per week. I would like to administer this myself since I do not a prescription. I am aware of all the information about these vitamins and being water soluble. I am also aware from Health Canada of all the necessary information that I need to know. I know that a normal dosage is 1.25 mg. but how do I average that in a syringe. Would be thankful if you have that information.
