Vitamin A Poisoning
UpdatedWhat is Vitamin A made of? Can it cause poisoning?

There are actually several things it may be derived from, so it depends on which supplement you purchase. It is also naturally available in many foods.
And yes, it can cause toxicity, but only if someone takes extremely large amounts, so one should never exceed the recommended dosage or RDA, as listed by the FDA.
Is there anything else I can help with?
