I'm sorry, but even on prescription products, lot numbers are purely internal to the manufacturer and is a means for them to track their products, in case of problems.

However, outside of the company that makes it, there is no way to know what any of them mean, unless the number is released publicly, such as is done for a recall.

Have you tried contacting the manufacturer?
