Vildagliptin 50mg And Blood Sugar Levels

My blood sugar levels were 150F & 266PP while I was taking Glibenclamide 5mg + Metformin 500mg along with Vildagliptin 50mg. Now that my sugar levels decreased to 70F & 96 PP, should I continue to take Vildagliptin 50mg? Please advise.

Thanks for your reply. You are right that doctors are the best ones to advise better but still the purpose of wring thoguh this form was to recheck the advise given by my doctor as sometimes one can give get better tips than the doctor given as they might have experienced such situation and got remedy. Hope you got the point.
