I have been told that they are generic for vicodin. THey dont see to help and I need something stronger. ## The generic for Vicodin that has the number 853 on it also has the name of the manufacturer on the opposite side, WATSON. Are these vicodin time released?? If this oblong white pill you have embossed M360, on the other side has a score mark in the center of the pill, that matches the generic version of Vicodin ES brand. The mfg is Mallinckrodt Inc., 675 McDonnell Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63134. Moderately popular C-III mixture, of hydrocodone 7.5 mg and 750 mg. of acetaminophen, especially during the era 2005, 2006, 2007. is the 10 mg vicodin smaller in size then the 5 mg vicodin ## It depends on the manufacturer, the specific ingredients used and the amounts of them. Some are the same exact size, some aren't. I am seeing a pain management doctor for bulging discs, sciatica and hyper mobility. I was prescribed hydrocodone 5/325 4 times daily. My pain this month has been intolerable so i have taken more than prescribed. I have enough pills left to get me through but I'm worried about the doctor giving me a drug test to make sure i am taking the pills as directed. I do not want to be dismissed from the program and i plan to tell the doctor the strength needs to be increased.
