I haven't located any OTC drugs that cause a false positive for Vicodin. Have you have had any Poppy seeds (muffin or other form of food that contains them) prior to the drug test?
Tylenol + Codeine combination does, but I know codeine is a prescription med. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is typically not picked up on a drug test. However, you should always bring your current prescription meds you are taking to a drug test so that they can be documented at that time. Even if something does pop on a test, if it is a legally prescribed or over the counter medication, it won't be counted against you passing.
