Could these capsules help with my energy levels? I'm hoping so because I have a caffeine sensitivity.

It is a multivitamin and mineral supplement, so it might help with energy, I know if I take mine too late in the day, I can't sleep, so I have to be careful. Many of the B vitamins are very well known to help with energy levels.

The FDA warns that it may cause nausea, in some people that take it, due to its potency.

Is there anything else I can help with?
