No, not that I am aware of and a search turned up nothing. Elderly men may be more sensitive to it, so they may experience more side effects, which means the dose needs to be carefully adjusted.
And it is contraindicated with some medical conditions and illnesses.
However, you should always double check with your doctor to be sure.
