Very Late Periods

My periods always come very late afetr 4 to 6 months and when it comes it is little not bleeding like normal, I don't know what to do.
I gained wheit with this problem and my cholesterol level is high with this problem. I am very worried about it now.

Have you consulted a doctor? You need to have some exams and evaluations done to determine what is causing the problem, in order to find the solution.
