Two pills, very very small. One red, one orange. Both seem translucent and have what appears to be a 'bubble' inside of them, almost like a carpenters level has but the bubble doesn't seem to move so not sure they are liquid or solid inside. No visible seam to idendify a capsule. No markings but then again they are teeny tiny

I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with anything that meets this description. Everything I can think of is a prescription product and has a marking, even the tiniest ones that resemble this.
