Vertigo Dizziness From Meds

My mom had ear canal imbalance, due to which she cannot hear from one ear. She was operated on so that her other ear could be saved. Thereafter she has had vertigo.... in which she gets very bad dizziness which imbalances her and she can fall down. She cannot look down for the same reason. She has been taking certain tablets (first 8mg then 16 mg)....however there is no improvement at all. I am very disappointed as she is suffering a lot and not getting cured. Please help me.

Hello, Goldy! How is your mom doing? What medication was she taking?

Is it hard to make any suggestions without knowing what she has already tried.

Do you happen to have Bonine or Dramamine available there? Both of them are options that may help with these types of issues.

The U.S. FDA lists their typical side effects as possibly including drowsiness, and dry mouth.
