Valacyclovir is the active ingredient in Valtrex, used to treat Herpes Simplex and Herpes Zoster.

I am not familiar with pharmacies in your area, have you tried calling around to different ones to see if anyone has it?

Alternatively, have you looked into obtaining it via mail order or filled through a web-based pharmacy?
