Vaginal Discomfort

I am taking the sulfamethoxazole for a pain by my side and lower back for 3 days. Now I am done taking the pills but my vagina is uncomfortable. Is that a reaction from the pill?

Sulfamethoxazole is an antibiotic, so there is a chance that it may have caused a vaginal yeast infection, as a side effect and, if it did, you will need treatment for that.
